Building Engagement Around a New Strategic Plan at BCH
UCSF’s Benioff Children’s Hospital was getting ready to launch a new strategic plan and wanted to communicate the plan in an engaging way to everyone in the hospital system. “How can we ensure that everyone, from nurses to medical directors, understands the plan and sees how their work contributes to our priorities?” they asked.
Changing the Culture of Compliance
How can we change the culture of compliance in our organization? That was the question a senior compliance leader came to us with in 2017. Over the next 3 years, we worked closely with her to design and facilitate a series of six 2-day meetings to engage a 40-person compliance community of practice from across the organization in answering this question together.
Visualizing a Leadership Journey
To help a seasoned executive communicate her leadership journey, we guided her through our visual LeaderStory process. The end result of the coaching engagement was a single page illustration that summarized her leadership history, values, vision, and more.
