About Us
We foster healthy, effective leaders, workplaces, and teams through facilitation, coaching, and visual strategy
Inside our signature philosophy
Big-picture strategy + momentum-building action
At Lane Change Consulting, we know that magic happens when leaders and teams are aligned, engaged, and connected. But we also know that the path from where you are to what’s possible can feel murky—and that’s where we come in.
What’s the shared vision? What do you want to make happen? And what do you need to create to get there?
These are the kinds of questions we get into together, but we don’t stop at the big picture. Part strategist, part coach, part facilitator, we’re with you for the “roll up your sleeves” work too, generating real momentum that turns your aspirations into action.
We believe that the best solutions emerge when everyone has a voice, so we're pros at creating the kind of creative, collaborative environment where authentic connection leads to concrete change. By co-creating a culture of openness and healthy productivity, we’re here to help you unlock the full potential of your people and your organization.

Grove Strategic Visioning
Nevada believes that great leaders, teams, and workplaces thrive on authenticity, creativity, a learning mindset, and courageous conversations. For 20+ years, she’s woven together her expertise in facilitation, coaching, and visual thinking to create environments where people can show up fully, learn and grow together, and make a real impact.
Nevada’s expertise is grounded in bridging both being and doing, reflection and action. She grew up at the San Francisco Zen Center and attended the San Francisco Waldorf school, where she developed a love for art (and beeswax). After graduating from UC Berkeley, she worked throughout the U.S., England, and Germany before completing her M.S. in Organization Development. Following positions at Genentech and Lorensbergs, Sweden’s leading facilitation and training firm, she launched Lane Change Consulting in 2010 to work with clients from Fortune 500 companies to small consulting firms.
For Nevada, the integration of both the practical and the profound into work isn’t just a nice-to-have—it's a necessity for creating truly transformative change. She helps people connect with their authentic selves, while also accessing the tools and frameworks they need to translate insight into action. Whether she’s coaching a creative leader or guiding a team to transform their culture, her mission is to leave people feeling more alive, more connected, and more prepared to make a purposeful difference in the world.
Beyond work, Nevada is a dedicated student and practitioner of the Enneagram (she’s a type 3), a committed CrossFit athlete, and the mother of two fabulous young adults. She lives in San Francisco with her husband of 20 years.
We’re all about good teams—here’s ours.
